INSTANT ACCESS TO FLEET STATUS INFORMATION
The Call Center application gives instant access to fleet status information so that call center staff can answer customer enquiries about bookings and waiting times. In case of vehicle alarm, the call center staff can track the vehicle where the alarm was activated. The staff can also direct colleagues to assist the vehicle with an alarm.
REMOTE CALL CENTERS
Co-locate your call center across multiple sites using the remote call center feature of our Call Center application. This means that if multiple companies share our platform, then they can also share call centers. It also enables call center staff to work from home in times of low demand.
